Terms of Service - SINTA Technology Co., Ltd

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by SINTA Technology Co., Ltd (CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ SINTA), Business Registration Number 4001328898, registered at 8/1 Kiet 1/2 Nguyen Hoang Street, Ban Thach Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam ("SINTA", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our applications.

SINTA Technology Co., Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application on your mobile device. This license does not include the right to:

6. In-App Purchases

Some features may require payment or in-app purchases. These transactions are processed through Google Play Store and are subject to Google's policies. We do not store your payment information.

We may terminate your access to the application if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved at the competent court in Da Nang City, Vietnam.
