Sinta Party, previously listed as Truth or Dare: Sinta Party, offers two optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store:
com.sinta.truthordare.premium.lifetime) is a
non-consumable, one-time purchase that unlocks the Premium features offered by the app. It
does not auto-renew. An eligible purchase can be restored on devices signed in to the same
Apple Account by using Restore Purchases in the app.
com.sinta.truthordare.premium.party.24h) is
a non-renewing purchase that unlocks Premium features for 24 hours from the most recent
successful purchase. It does not auto-renew. Continued access after 24 hours requires a new
purchase.
Prices are shown in the app using the user's App Store storefront and may include applicable taxes. Apple handles payment, refunds, and transaction processing under Apple's terms and policies. SINTA does not receive payment-card details. Before purchase, the app identifies the selected product, price, duration where applicable, and non-renewing status.
By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by SINTA Technology Co., Ltd (CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ SINTA), Business Registration Number 4001328898, registered at 8/1 Kiet 1/2 Nguyen Hoang Street, Ban Thach Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam ("SINTA", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our applications.
SINTA Technology Co., Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application on your mobile device. This license does not include the right to:
When using our applications, you are responsible for:
DebtSyn includes user-generated content: messages exchanged on a debt ("debt conversations"), debt notes and descriptions, and photos attached to debts or group expenses. These guidelines apply to all of it — text and images alike. Prohibited content. You may not post or share: harassment, threats, or intimidation of any person; sexual or pornographic content; hate speech or discriminatory content; spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes; any content involving or sexualizing minors; or another person's private information published without their consent (doxxing). Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reporting. You can report a message directly in the app (long-press a message → Report), report a user from their profile, or email admin@sinta.ltd. You can also block any user in the app; blocking takes effect immediately in both directions. Enforcement. We review every report and act within 24 hours of receiving it: content that violates these guidelines is removed, and accounts responsible for it may be restricted or terminated.
All content, designs, source code, trademarks, and materials related to the application are owned by SINTA Technology Co., Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

Some applications, including DebtSyn, may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. On iOS and iPadOS, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store using the user's Apple Account. On Android, purchases may be processed by Google Play. We do not store your full payment card information.
DebtSyn Premium is available as monthly, quarterly, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The user's Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
DebtSyn may generate VietQR payment QR codes for peer-to-peer debt repayment. DebtSyn does not hold, route, transmit, process, or automatically verify funds. Transfers happen directly between users through their own external banking apps.
SINTA Technology Co., Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the application at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
We may terminate your access to the application if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the application.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved at the competent court in Da Nang City, Vietnam.
